Short version: build things, be reasonable, your work is yours. The longer version:
startupjs.ai lets you build and host apps by chatting with an AI. The service is in early access: features change, and occasional rough edges or downtime are part of the deal while we get to stable.
You sign in with Google and are responsible for what happens under your account. During early access we admit accounts from a waitlist and may decline or revoke access at our discretion.
Everything you build — sites, data, designs, exports — is yours. We claim no ownership. You give us only the permission needed to host and serve it. You can export your projects and leave at any time.
The Trial is free. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime — it stays active until the end of the paid period. AI usage is deducted from your credit at provider cost with a transparent markup; purchased credit doesn’t expire.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output can be wrong — review what matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
